The person who uses enlightenment as a brand. The seeker who collects spiritual experiences like trophies. The 16/7 doesn't spare even the sacred from its honest examination.

Cleared Ground

Solitude is medicine today, but isolation is poison. There's a version of the 7's withdrawal that serves genuine reflection, and there's a version that's just hiding. If you find yourself pulling away from people because presence feels too demanding, notice whether you're retreating toward something or retreating from everything.
