After two rounds of creativity and two rounds of governance, the Tower arrives. It does not destroy the creativity or the governance. It destroys the excess. The structures that were built to contain the creative output but no longer serve it. The old frameworks that were adequate for the first round of teaching but too small for the second.

The Tower in position 16 is not punishment. It is renovation. The creative-teacher has outgrown the container. Something has to break so something larger can form.

5533 would be a different number entirely. Governance first, then creativity. The teacher who became the artist. A valid journey, but a different one.

3355 insists that the creativity preceded the teaching. That the making came before the method. That you did not study how to create and then create - you created, and creation taught you how to govern what you had made.

This distinction matters because it changes the nature of the authority. A teacher who learned to teach before learning to create transmits borrowed knowledge.
