The Lovers card in the older decks does not show romantic partnership, despite the name. It shows the moment where a person realises that choosing one thing is also, inevitably, not choosing the others. That is the part people struggle with, and that is what 1311 is arriving to help with.
You do not have to abandon your capacity to start. You do not have to become someone who only does one thing. You are being asked to stay with one thing long enough that the expression , the 3 in the middle of the number - gets to become something bigger than a flare.
One of those flares, somewhere in your recent past, is asking to be the one.
The final 1 in the sequence can become the beginning of its deeper life. Or it can be the beginning of yet another thing you start instead.
