In numerology, 9 is the last single digit and brings the end of the cycle. It symbolizes fruition, fulfillment, culmination, and closure. It encourages us to reflect and integrate – the 9 is unique in that it contains every numbers that precedes it (1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9 = 45, and 4 + 5 = 9) and so contains all of their essence and frequencies inside of itself.
