If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- Website refers to Numerologist.com, accessible from https://numerologist.com
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Your Order Refund/Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 365 days without giving any reason for doing so, although we may ask for your reason and feedback.
In the case of suspected refund abuse or fraud, we may initiate an investigation, the outcome of which will be in our sole discretion. We may refuse the refund and turn this information over to proper authorities, merchant processors, or channel partners to aid in their investigation.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 365 days from the date on which You purchased the Goods.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Upon refund, you will immediately lose access to the product in the members’ area, as the product will be returned. To restore access, you will need to purchase the product again.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any Goods that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. For digital products, no return of product is expected. We further reserve the right to refuse any refund request if We deem You to be a source of frequent, habitual, excessive, or otherwise abusive or fraudulent requests in our sole discretion.
