The earth is changing. We are changing. This change is unavoidable now. It can feel frightening. It can feel intense. It can feel isolating but we must continue to remember to remain positive in the face of our current situation.

You can choose which paradigm becomes your reality by either raising your frequency through love, compassion and joy or lowering it by projecting your fear, panic and hatred into the world around you. The choice really is yours to make at any given moment in time. Surrender or panic? Love or fear? Joy or pain? New World Order or New Golden Age?

Yes, our lives won’t be the same again on the flip side but if we hold our hands to our hearts, do we really want them to be?

Our world is at breaking point and you can feel that truth in your heart and soul.

Never has it been more important to choose your responses to situations that life presents to you.

By shining your flashlight on positivity and remembering the higher purpose behind our illusionary fall to grace, we will slowly begin to heal. Let’s take a look at the 12 ways to revitalize your spirit during this self-isolation period.

1. Be Present & Breathe

Being forced into a global lockdown during a period of quarantine may feel extremely confrontational. Instead of over-inflating your feelings of restriction, turn your focus to your breath. Take long, slow, deliberate breaths and try to slow everything down. Simply set an intention to be more mindful of your environment and try and move into present moment awareness. Remember your point of power is now!

2. Rest, Replenish & Rehydrate

Let’s face it, there has never been a better excuse to take time out for yourself. Use this time wisely and get plenty of rest and sleep as this will help you to recuperate and rebalance. Make sure you drink plenty of water as this will help with your ascension symptoms and will help you fight off any infections.

3. Reconnect To Yourself and Your Loved Ones

Having all this time on your hands will present you with the opportunity to take a good, long hard look at yourself and where you are going in your life. If you are fortunate enough to have your loved ones around you then this could be the ideal chance to get to know them again and identify with how they are feeling during this transition. Think about new ways you can communicate and align so you can work together as a team.

4. Be Kind, Loving & Compassionate

Yes, that’s right. Now is the time to dig deep in the midst of the turmoil. Remember that fear can lead to expressions of greed, aggression and fury. Instead of adding to the chaos when you venture out to the local supermarket, look for ways in which you can be of service to the less fortunate within your community. Try putting your neighbor’s needs first and watch as one loving act of kindness automatically leads to the next.

5. Read, Learn & Educate

Is there a good book that you have been wanting to read for ages but haven’t had the time or energy? When we get absorbed in an exciting piece of literature it not only helps us build our wisdom but it can be a welcome rest bite from focussing on the dramas unfolding on the planet.

Remember the knowledge is power so why not engage in some good old fashioned personal development via an online course.

6. Have Fun, Laugh & Play In The Sun

In times like this, it is of tantamount importance to look for things that make you feel good to keep your vibration high. Being out in the sun in wide-open spaces is the perfect way to ground yourself and get some much-needed vitamin D. If you’ve got a bike, take it for a spin around the block or go walking in the trees so you can connect to nature.

7. Time To Dream, Visualize, Reflect & Meditate

For our reality to shift externally, a transformation must have first taken place internally. You are the creator of your own reality, a powerful manifestation magician who is capable of turning base metal into gold.

Try and spend at least 15 minutes a day exploring your inner world and start visualizing the dawning of a new age on this planet. Imagine it as true heaven on earth. Dare to dream big and only focus on what you want as you reflect on your future timeline.

8. Face Your Shadows

As part of this process, you may experience a period of facing your shadows. Don’t be afraid. There will come a time soon where you will learn to love your darker hidden aspects as much as your light.

9. Let Go Of Blame & Resentment

It never does you any good holding on to toxic emotions. When you point the finger of blame there is always two pointing straight back at you. Negative emotions eat away at you from the inside out so lose the anger and resentment towards the people or situations that you deem responsible for your current situation and instead start taking some responsibility for your current and future actions.

10. Rebuilding Foundations

When a civilization is built on a structure as flimsy as a house of cards it is destined, at some point, to crumble. If these foundations are built from greed, control, fear, and mistrust the only solution is to rebuild them with fresh, solid materials to strengthen humanity for the years that are in the process of creation.

11. Be Generous & Grateful

A temporary pause will help you to refocus on building a bridge created from compassion, forgiveness, sharing and kindness. By treating people as you would expect to be treated it has a ripple effect into the corner of the world that you inhabit. In no time, you will witness your generosity flowing back to you often from the people you would least expect it from.

12. Activate Planetary Healing

Needless to say, that once you have healed and discovered new ways to live, the Earth herself can heal fully too. She will instantly start benefiting from the reduction in toxic emissions caused by the transport systems we have blindly taken for granted for decades. The elements will begin to regenerate and her lungs will repair and if we have learnt our lesson, this mysterious virus will suddenly vanish at least for a while.
