If you have the number 4 anywhere in your numerology chart, here are a few helpful hints to assist you to step into the power of the 4. The following is particularly important if the #4 shows up as your Life Path, Soul Urge, or Expression number. If you don’t know what these are, use our handy numerology calculator to instantly find out.

The following is also relevant if you begin to see the number 4 everywhere you go… on your phone, on license plates, addresses, etc. It may be the Universe trying to send you a message!

The 4’s motto: “Slow and steady wins the race.”

Here are your 4 resources

Since your key themes are knowledge-seeking, creating systems, security, stability, and tenacious effort to manifest goals, here are some suggested resources that might assist you along the way.

1. DON’T PASS GO, DON’T COLLECT $200

When a number 4 shows up anywhere in your chart, you’re being called upon to develop a systematic approach to all aspects of life.  Yet the caveat is that when a 4 shows up, usually you want to skip steps and jump from Point A to Point G in a nanosecond.  Yet (if you haven’t noticed) that always backfires and you will be forced to go back and repeat the skipped steps in order to move things forward in a successful and solid way.  Understand that it isn’t “bad luck” or punishment that the energy of the 4 requires stamina and moxie.  This is the energy of long-term success.  This isn’t a fly-by-night deal.  Anything that’s worth doing is worth setting up for sustained and tangible success.

2. IT’S ALL THERE IN BLACK AND WHITE

The 4 brings in a rather literal way of seeing the world.  It’s all about the practical and realistic logistics, therefore there’s little room for grey or an interest in coloring outside of the lines.  The power of the 4 resides in this rather tenacious approach to, well, everything.  The 4 is learning and implementing systems of management and thrives when it’s creating something with a solid and practical use.

3. TAP INTO YOUR INNER GUMBY

The 4 is the number of limitation.  Yet don’t let that scare you or defeat you!  It’s all about learning how to go through, over, around, and over perceived limitations, however that may show up.  Flexibility is key.  Keeping a flexible mind and a flexible body is imperative to working effectively with the number 4.

4. EXCUSE ME, BUT LET ME TELL YOU WHY I’M RIGHT

One of the things about the number 4 is that it’s a knowledge sponge.  When something crosses your path that you find intriguing or interesting, you have a tendency to learn everything there is to know about it.  Therefore you can have little patience and not be overly eager to suffer fools gladly.  It’s a good thing to understand that others don’t experience the world in quite the down-to-earth and pragmatic way that you do.  Open yourself to expanding your viewfinder and stepping out of your comfort zone every once in a while.

5. GET ‘ER DONE

If there’s anyone on the planet who can work long, hard, and tenaciously, it’s you.  You’re the rock, the one who everyone turns to in order to get something done.  The only “heads up” for you is not to take on everything and end up feeling used, abused, and as though your work is all for naught.  Often, you opt for being the micromanager of the Universe and would benefit from letting go of some of that responsibility.

Comment below if you have a 4 in your personal chart and you resonate with any of the qualities detailed here…
