The chakra we are focusing on this week for healing is the 3rd yellow chakra, again for the second time this month during our beautiful Mercury Retrograde.

We began retrograde with healing this chakra and now we are closing retrograde with another healing for our 3rd chakra which is focused on the affirmation I AM WORTHY.

The question for this week is:

Do you let someone in or do you shut them out for fear of pain? You can’t close yourself off to pain without also closing yourself off to pleasure as well.

Be a Light on The Planet

This week we are focusing on being a light on the planet, a Lightworker or Wayshower, and lighting the way for others. It’s important to note that integrity is what turns the light on. So be aware of when you are being truthful and honest, not only to others but to yourself and also when you are not.

We learn about a fable from the Chakra Wisdom Oracle Guidebook by Tori Hartman, that tells the story of a town called Darkville. This town was known for lying, cheating and stealing but one day one of its residents was given too much money back from a purchase. Upon returning the money to the store clerk a stump outside bursts into a beautiful golden stream of light known as the “Sun Sparkler.” This light only appeared when a good deed was done and it came to remind people of the good in the world. Soon after learning this the town became more selfless.

The light within us sparkles when we do good deeds and serve others. Having a kind heart, generous nature and loving virtue are not gone unnoticed by the Divine source energy, the Universe because the universe acts as a mirror of you. What you give so too you shall receive.

This week, many blessings and miracles are coming into your life as you live your truth, let integrity guide you and step up in a bigger and brighter way.

Meditation “The Sun Sparkler”

Take a deep breath and relax.

Imagine a warm yellow light shining down from the sky. Allow yourself to be bathed in this light, feel it rain down upon you as a beautiful shower of golden goodness. All that you desire flows from this shower… abundance, prosperity, love, miracles, etc.

As the shower warms your heart, all of your fears and worries dissolve and melt away.

You are left with the pure essence of who you are, love.

This is the Sun Sparkler who has a message for you today. Maybe it’s a word, a thought, color or emotion, whatever it is allow it to come into your awareness. This message holds some insight or guidance for you. Take a nice deep breath and absorb this into your being. And when you open your eyes, grab a pen and paper and do some automatic writing, allowing whatever thoughts, words or images to flow onto the paper. When you are finished close your eyes and thank the Sun Sparkler for appearing in your life today. Put the writing away, and tomorrow reread it, allowing a fuller and deeper expression of the message to unfold.
