We live in a stressful time. It`s so much going on in the world right now. You may take on other people’s stress and you may take on stress from the collective field that is not even yours. If you indulge in negative news, you will most likely take on collective stress that`s not yours. Our job as lightworkers is to be centered, keep our inner light shining, and protect ourselves from collective negativity and fear. The media spreads fear and covers the light. You need to find your truth and stand for it. You should not believe in everything the media proclaims. Media broadcasts the old paradigm`s beliefs and doctrines. We are here to bring new solutions. The old structures have to crumble and die and that is what`s happening now. So we should rejoice and breathe the stress out. The stress is not yours.

If you are stressed about your business you might hold some negative and limiting beliefs that stress you out. If you think you are short of time, it may create stress in your system. If you think you can`t succeed with your business, it creates stress in your system.

March is retrograde in Aries until November 13th. March is the planet for our work and career and how we go about acting in the world.
