This week, I sat down with Natalie Olson to ask her about what’s in her spiritual toolkit, and you may be surprised by what we found out! Watch the video or check out the items in her spiritual toolkit below!

Natalie’s Spiritual Tool Kit forms part of a ritual, as follows:

1. A Sacred Space

The first thing Natalie does each morning is to go to her sacred space. This is just a small space that her family knows is dedicated to her. To create your own sacred space, simply find a quiet corner or room that you can make your own and add some personal things that have some meaning to you and you’re all set.

The Sacred Space book will help you create a space that means something to you…

2. A Cup of Coffee

Next, Nat makes herself a cup of coffee in a meaningful cup. You can have tea, water or whatever you like to drink.

If you’re looking for something that packs a little more punch for your morning ritual, try this spiritual tea!

3. The Pinterest App

Then, Nat grabs her phone and jumps on the Pinterest app. We know, we know, a spiritual practice is supposed to help you get off your phone, isn’t it?! Well, for Nat, the Pinterest app helps her create a vision board that she looks at for a few minutes each day.

4. A Spotify Playlist

Next, another piece of tech to help Nat with her daily practice: Spotify! She creates a playlist that emodies the person she is trying to become. It fits in with what she looks at on her Pinterest board.

1. A Notebook

Finally, Nat takes her notebook and writes one thing down that she can do today that will take her one step closer to being the person she wants to be.

Try these cute notebooks to complete your spiritual practice.
