Reach Out

PinIf you were drawn to Message #1, the card that comes up is “Reach Out.” Your guides want you to know that it’s safe for you to ask for help. It’s safe for you to be vulnerable and to be seen. This is a supportive universe, and what we need comes to us if we are not afraid to allow that help to come in. So often, we’re worried that we’ll be rejected or shamed if we appear “weak” in front of others.

Asking for help gives you an opportunity to accept your vulnerability and that’s another way of loving yourself. You can accomplish more with other people’s ideas, suggestions, connections and resources. Sometimes you get to a dead end, and you need the help of a teacher or mentor to help you move on to the next phase. Reaching out, asking for help, and allowing yourself to accept that help is an act of power. You are not weak for reaching out.

This card could also be coming to you as a message to reach out to someone else who needs your help right now. Trust that you’ll know what this means for you.

Sacral Chakra

There’s something inside you that wants to come out and see the light of day. This could be a creative project that you’ve been working on. This card can also be about setting boundaries with people who are unsupportive of you. You know who they are. Don’t allow the opinions of others to stop you from following your creative spark.

You have so much to share! If you are just in the beginning stages of developing a creative idea, let that idea grow inside you like a seed. You’ll know the right time to bring it forward, and for some of you reading this, that time could be right NOW. You will know, the same way that a flower knows when it’s time to bloom.

I sense that this is a month in which you can potentially forge many new relationships. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to watch the ways that you close yourself off from other people. Observe all the ways that other people push your buttons or trigger emotion in you. Rather than judging yourself, just notice. Bring awareness to the places you feel closed, and allow your love to open them. Your nature is Love. Let the Love that you are break open the places where you feel stuck — just like warm water melting ice.
