Happy February everyone!
Here is a Tarot & Oracle reading for some insights and themes for this month:
9 of Cups
This card is known as the “wishes come true” card.
It prompts us to ask ourselves: “What are my dreams?”.
This month, let yourself imagine, dream, envision.
And dream big. See how these dreams make you feel. This may help you to navigate what you may like to build and materialize in the next few months and years ahead.
Knight of Cups
The Knight of Cups echoes the 9 of Cups’s message, as this knight is a pursuer of his heart’s desires.
He also carries an air of romance and beauty. This signifies that we may experience that feeling in the air this month as well!
Lastly, the phrase he shares with us is : “You need to go through the waters“. Water is an element that links to the subconscious, dreams, depth and mystery.
This month, you may also experience a sense of the mysterious and esoteric in the air.
Pay attention to your dreams. Maybe also do some dream work. And go into the depths.
This card also signifies romance, but more prominently, it signifies choice.
You may experience a crossroads; a decision to make.
For some of you it may be a matter of taking the higher path vs. a lower one. If that is the case, it may take some self-discipline, but it would be better to take the higher road. For some, looking to what your dreams are will help you to make this decision. For some, what determines the better choice is the one that will be transformative and take you deeper.
And of course, let your heart and intuition be your guide!
And speaking of intuition….the high priestess is very much about intuition and psychic ability.
She also signifies the crown chakra and connecting to the Divine.
Connecting to the Divine helps us to trust in the Divine, and vice versa.
You may want to work with the crown chakra this month.
From the “Magic of Flowers” oracle deck by Tess Whitehurst:
The keyword for this card is “Simplify”.
This word will be significant to each person in a different way. For some it may signify getting rid of clutter in the home. For some it may be good to cut down on how often you look at texts and emails, to minimize mental clutter. And for some, it may be about simplifying your situation and/or relationships- not having so much complication.
For all, this is about getting rid of excess.
This card, like the High Priestess, also links to the crown chakra.
And this card also signifies being present. This also means grounding and being in your body. So although this card’s message is to work with your crown, it would also be good to ground at the same time. Doing both optimizes our intuition. Some stillness may help with this process.
Color of the Month:
White – This is a color that links to the crown chakra and purity.
February 1st marked Imbolc in the Northern Hemisphere – a time of sacred purification.
Thank you so much for reading.
I am wishing you a month of mystery, romance and purity!
