Spending just 5 minutes per day in relaxed awareness as opposed to constant distraction, or concentrated focus is essential to our mental and emotional wellbeing.

Relaxed awareness is a gentle focus of our thoughts, feelings and judgment. It’s an awareness of our existence, and the consciousness that is happening right now, including thoughts and emotions and other outside stimuli.
