You’ve fallen off track and it’s time to get off the couch and get moving. This number is about health and well-being so if you’ve been neglecting yourself it’s okay to take a step back and ask for some ME time!
This is also an indication that the electromagnetic field from being on devices too long is interfering with your vibration and it’s time to UNPLUG. Go outdoors and get some fresh air, take a walk and commune with nature but whatever you do… be purposeful in how much time you are spending plugged into devices.
