If you’ve been seeing #109 everywhere the Angels are wanting you to know that it’s time to sloooow down and take it easy. You’ve been doubly stressed and it’s beginning to wear you down. Heed this call lest you end up sick.
If you aren’t meditating regularly (I call it quiet time) then start. That goes with exercise too. There’s nothing that boosts your immune system more than regular meditation and regular exercise. It’s like putting on your suit of armor every day before you go out into the world.
Taking the time to just “be” even if it’s for 5 min of mindful breathing will help you align with the peace and stillness within your very being.

If #112 has danced into your life today your angels are here to let you know that when you think your life stinks and run around telling everyone about your woes and troubles then that’s what you’re going to get more of… a life that stinks.
Some people are simply wired to look at life through the lens of the glass is half empty so you need more effort if you will to stay positive and optimistic, but it’s important to understand that every time you tell the story of being a victim life just brings you more experiences to fulfill that role that you’ve placed yourself in.
I’m not saying things haven’t been tough, but I am saying your attitude is either going to keep you stuck in the mire or shift you out of it more quickly.
The angels also want you to know that better is on the horizon. There’s a beautiful silver lining in this cloud and a year from now you will look back and understand the bigger picture of why you’re going through what you are experiencing right now.
As you gain more maturity and perspective adaptability becomes your friend. Out with the old and in with the new. You learn that change is constant and the more you fight against it the harder it is. Flow with your life and adapt to the constant changes all around you.
The sun will shine again tomorrow and when it does you’ll be ready to immerse yourself in the warmth of the light, but for be content and make peace with what is happening now because your positive attitude will ensure a positive outcome.
