It’s not hard to find meanings for the various numbers in your Numerology Chart, but understanding how they work for you requires a special key. This key is simple enough to understand, but it has only been hinted at in print or online, until now.

This special key to understanding your chart can be summarized in a single sentence – Your Chart components fall into two groups; the LifePath group and the Expression Group. Let’s explain the two groups and what they mean and do, which is the key to understanding your numbers.

Life Path

Your LifePath is the number that is derived from your birthday. Within it are contained elements that lay out your course through life over time. Most writers, however, fail to notice that the LifePath describes, more than anything else, your experience and the times at which that experience changes from one phase to another.

The important thing is that your experience is what you attract to yourself from the universe. At the same time, the experiences you have modify your physical, emotional and mental behavior because of the natural drive to seek what is pleasant and avoid that which is separative and painful.

Your day of birth is sort of like what happens to a glass of water when a coin is tossed into it; a set of ripples extends to the wall of the glass, and bounces back as a countercurrent. In other words, the patterns of vibrations that make up the universe are affected by the disturbance of your entry into the world, and immediately begin to feed back its response.

The various components of the LifePath are like this in some ways; it’s all about the universe’s response your thoughts, words and deeds. The LifePath is the experience, and consequently, world that you create through the basic Law of Attraction. The LifePath is what you “get back” from whatever you may be putting out, even at the most subtle levels. It’s also about the periods of time when this feedback comes, and the relative intensity of the experiences it brings.

When you read about the LifePath number, you’ll see positive and negative attributes for every LifePath – the positive attributes are simply the circumstances and opportunities that you attract into your experience when you are most in tune with your inner self, while the negative ones are the experiences you attract when you have distanced yourself from the quality of your essence, or Soul.
For example, during an 8 cycle some folks have financial or control issues, while others experience success and accomplishments. Chances are good that those who have problems have a negative attitude about money or success – maybe a “mental tape” tells them “only crooked people get rich” or “successful people don’t care about anyone”, or that “spiritual people renounce the acquisition of wealth.” These kind of thoughts, whether conscious or not, are interpreted by the universe literally.

The literal nature of the feedback from the universe can’t be changed; one’s perception, attitudes and behaviors can – and the universe will react in the same literal fashion to new and positive behaviors.
