What Chakra is Being Healed this Week?

Where is your energy best spent this week?
The card that comes this week from our chakra healing deck is PRAYER. This is what will help heal and cleanse that 3rd chakra. I really want you to be asking yourself “What am I praying for?” This will help you get clarity and guidance in your life. I love the chakra deck because she shares a legend with each card.
The Legend
One day a young man decides he wants to be a traveling preacher. He is all set to leave. His father invites him to ask for guidance, to pray about it before he makes his final decision. So the young man decides to stay that night and pray. In the morning he finds out that his father had passed during the night. He decides that’s a sign that he should stay on the farm. Fast forward to the end of his life. He is sitting on the porch watching his grandson drink lemonade (yellow for our 3rd chakra) and as he reflects upon his life he has no regrets. I love that!
When you are purposeful and prayerful about the path that you are taking it opens up the ability for you to fulfill your destiny with no regrets. There’s always a plan. There’s a universal plan and you can never get it wrong and you can never, ever mess it up to the point of not being able to come back and try again. The universe is constantly guiding and steering us toward a bigger plan.
The more that we can go inward and be contemplative, having a prayerful attitude the easier the journey becomes. I highly recommend spending 7 minutes every day in prayer. I spend an hour every day in prayer/meditation first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. “Prayer is talking to God and meditation is listening.”
It’s okay if you get sidetracked. Spend some time in prayer and recalculate. Get back on track and get back into alignment with your mission, with why you came here. If you find yourself praying and praying and it’s just not happening to ask yourself, “What am I willing to give? How am I willing to serve?”
I always say, “God this is what I want.” And then I hear, “Alright, what are you going to give for that?” Napoleon Hill talks about this in the book “Think and Grow Rich.” He talks about writing out a contract of what it is you want and then making sure you have that piece of what am I giving? How am I going to serve? What am I going to give in return for that? “Whatever you give so too you shall receive.” Luke 6:38
Fulfillment comes in moments. Remember when you die you cannot take it with you. Here’s a quick meditation to heal your 3rd chakra and align with your Divine life purpose.
Take a deep breath. Focus on when I die I cannot take it with me. When I pass I’m only going to have the memories that I’ve created in this lifetime. Focus on what makes you happy. What brings you joy? Where is there or has there been adventure and bliss over the years of your life? What has the most meaning and has the most value for you? Align with that feeling, breathe into that energy, that vibration of excitement and adventure.
Now think about what it is you want to create in your life. Maybe you want a new job, or a romance, or enhancing the one you have. Whatever it is. Maybe it’s a vacation. I want you to think about having it and the joy and excitement that that’s going to bring into your life.
Anytime those groundhogs pop up and say NO you can’t have that, that’ll never happen… just bat them back down. We are focusing on JOY. It’s unlimited. You are only limited by your self and your thoughts in your mind. Imagine that you really can have anything. You can create this. I want you to harness the power of the new moon that we just had on Saturday with fresh starts and new beginnings.
Listen. Trust. Take Guided Action. And so it is.
