Virgo season is upon us from August 22nd to September 21st.

This is a sign of health, purity, truth and service. It is also a sign of work and everyday life matters.

This is a prime time to focus on these topics, so here is a list of questions you could ask yourself to reflect on them and make the most of this season…

1. How can I bring the sacred into my everyday life and its tasks?

We often focus on the “big things” that we would like our lives to be composed of. Yet, it is everyday life; the “small things” that make up the bulk of our experiences. For that reason, it would benefit us to give it more attention.

We all have everyday tasks that we need to do- brushing our teeth, preparing meals, folding clothes….

Many of us consider this a bore, and do these activities mindlessly. We could bring mindfulness into these actions, instead.

We could also turn routines into ritual. For example, when you sweep the floor, you could have the intention and consciousness of how this is bringing clarity to your space, your mind.. and probably your life!

You could also turn chores into magical workings by for example dusting your room with an intention to clear the way for new career opportunities.

2. How can I be of service?

“The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.”- Pablo Picasso

What is your gift to offer the world?

Is there some volunteer work that you’ve been considering getting involved in? If so,Virgo season would be a good time to start!

3. What is one thing I could do to improve my health?

Is it drinking more water? Getting more sleep? Eating more veggies?

4. What is my work?

“Work is love made visible”- Khalil Gibran

With this definition in mind, what is your work?

You could also choose one of these topics as your theme for this time period, to focus on. For me, it’s question 1!

Have a great Virgo season everyone.
