Spirit Guide Message #1
Up until now, you may not have had the time, resources, or support to accomplish certain goals. But now, you’re approaching a time in which much more is possible. You’re making an energetic leap forward! This “leap” may be the realization of a creative dream, a career or relationship goal, or spiritual transformation. You are almost there! Things are about to move fast for you and you’re on the cusp of a growth period.
How to take care of yourself this month: Recognize how far you’ve come, have gratitude for yourself and what you’ve already achieved. Don’t be hard on yourself about what you haven’t done yet. Drop the stress of driving yourself forward, along with any self-judgement. Be kind to yourself — you deserve it!
Spirit Guide Message #2
You might be having second thoughts about something you committed to doing. Maybe you made a promise that was outside the realm of what you’re actually able to do, or maybe the promise you made is no longer in alignment with you. This is okay. You have the right to change your mind. It can be hard to disappoint other people or let them down, but if you persist in doing something that doesn’t feel right to you, you’ll wind up feeling depleted and drained.
We’re all taught to honor our commitments and stick to them, no matter what. But what if sticking to a commitment is actually hurting you? You are allowed to renegotiate and tweak your agreements with others.
How to take care of yourself this month: Honor your feelings. If something doesn’t feel right, make a new choice. You are never stuck. You always have freedom of choice. And truly, you can’t really disappoint others. They might use what you do or don’t do to disappoint themselves, but you aren’t responsible for how they react to your truth. Give yourself permission to change your mind.
Spirit Guide Message #3
You have all kinds of wonderful goals that you want to achieve, but sometimes, it may feel overwhelming when you look at everything you need to do to get where you want to go. It’s okay to rest often and ask for guidance to come in your dreams. Take everything one baby step at a time. Breathe. Dream BIG, and then make your goals more accessible by breaking them down into steps.
You may be feeling like you’re stuck and you don’t know how to move forward. The good news is that the feeling of being stuck is an illusion. There are always possibilities, options and alternatives. Be willing to let go of the thoughts that what you want is impossible. Let yourself embrace the idea of limitless possibilities!
How to take care of yourself this month: Set a goal. Write it down. Make the steps actionable, and release the outcome.
