Excess in any area of your life right now is not your friend.
You are being invited to really take stock of where you are being excessive or obsessive (similar to decluttering) in the area of alcohol consumption, eating, shopping, hoarding, the list is endless really of things we do to numb the pain or escape the boredom of life.
Set some limits and create boundaries in any weak areas of your life.
I used to have a shopping addiction and I posted a sign on my living room wall that I looked at every day all day that simply said SIMPLIFY.
It was unbelievable how this one small act has changed my life and healed my shopping addiction. (Don’t get me wrong I still love to shop and it’s like Christmas when Amazon delivers a package but now I have firm limits and boundaries set in place so I don’t overdo it.)
This is a gentle, loving reminder from your Spiritual Team that your overindulgence is blocking your own progress.
Honor your commitments and take responsibility for your life as you release karmic debt and find freedom in balance.
